Notion Integration
Sync your artifacts to a Notion database automatically.
Connecting Notion
Go to Settings and click “Connect Notion.” You will be redirected to Notion's OAuth flow where you grant Remoria permission to create and manage a database in your workspace.
Database provisioning
When you first connect, Remoria automatically creates a dedicated database in the Notion page you select. The database is pre-configured with properties for title, summary, key points, collection, tags, provider, and source URL.
Auto-sync behavior
Once connected, new artifacts captured in Remoria are automatically synced to your Notion database. Each artifact becomes a page in the database with all its structured fields mapped to the corresponding Notion properties.
Sync quotas
External syncs (like Notion) count against your sync quota:
- Free plan — Limited sync quota per month.
- Pro plan — Significantly higher sync quota.
You can check your current sync usage in the Billing page.
Disconnecting
To disconnect Notion, go to Settings and click “Disconnect Notion.” This stops future syncs but does not delete any pages already created in your Notion workspace.
