Billing & Pricing

Understand Free and Pro plans, limits, and how to upgrade.

Free plan

Every Remoria account starts on the Free plan, which includes:

  • Up to 100 artifacts
  • Up to 5 collections
  • Limited external sync quota (Notion)
  • All core features: capture, search, /rem, tags

Pro plan

The Pro plan removes all limits:

  • Unlimited artifacts
  • Unlimited collections
  • Significantly higher external sync quota
  • Priority support

Upgrading

To upgrade to Pro, visit the Billing page in your dashboard and click “Upgrade.” You will be redirected to Stripe's secure checkout. Both monthly and yearly billing options are available.

Managing your subscription

Once subscribed, you can manage your subscription (update payment method, switch billing cycle, or cancel) through the Stripe customer portal. Access it from the Billing page by clicking “Manage Subscription.”

Hitting limits

When you reach a plan limit (e.g., 100 artifacts on Free), new captures will be blocked until you either delete existing artifacts to free up space or upgrade to Pro. You will see a clear message indicating which limit was reached.
