Terms of Service

1. Overview

Remoria is a knowledge management service operated by Masiar Ighani ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Remoria web dashboard or Chrome extension, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

Remoria provides a Chrome extension and web dashboard that allow you to capture, organize, and manage structured knowledge artifacts from AI chat conversations. The extension works with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Manus, and Perplexity.

3. Account Registration

  • You must sign in with a valid GitHub or Google account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API tokens.
  • You must not share your API tokens with third parties.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

4. Free and Paid Plans

Remoria offers a free tier with limited usage and a paid Pro plan with extended features. Details of plan limits and pricing are shown on our website.

  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you have concerns.

5. Your Content

  • You retain all rights to the artifacts and content you capture through Remoria.
  • We do not claim ownership of your content.
  • You grant us a limited license to store and display your content back to you as part of the service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to capture and store the content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or abuse the API beyond reasonable use.
  • Automate bulk artifact creation in a way that degrades the service for others.

7. Chrome Extension

The Remoria Chrome extension injects controls into supported AI chat provider websites. The extension operates under Chrome's Manifest V3 permissions model. It only reads page content when you explicitly trigger an action (Save or Capture).

We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Manus, or Perplexity. The extension interacts with their publicly accessible web interfaces. Changes to these providers' websites may temporarily affect extension functionality.

8. Availability and Changes

  • We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
  • We may modify features, pricing, or these terms with reasonable notice.
  • Material changes to pricing will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Remoria is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time. All your data will be permanently removed.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Bonn, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
